Right now, a lot of people are struggling to find a voice, so I thought I would focus this episode on the throat chakra and activating it. The first time I remember coming across the chakras, I was testing small oil rollers at the Port Jeff Salt Cave. The receptionist kindly explained that each oil helped to activate a different energy field of my body, otherwise known as my chakras. She explained, as I smeared some oil on my throat, that this one would help me to speak my truth. Did it result in the podcast? Possibly.
