"I'm a busy mom, I don't have time for self care". You're right, we don't have time, and that is why we have to make time. As a mother it might seem selfish at times to think about your self, while there are tiny people that need you more. In this episode I will share the importance of self care, and how in turn it helps you be a better mom to those tiny people. The love of our kids is indescribable, but it should not overshadow who we are as people. Take are of you, in order to take care of them.
