The truth is, I have struggled with Procrastination for as far back as I can remember.
But what is procrastination really? And why do we do it?
In this episode I'm sharing what I believe procrastination REALLY is, and 3 reasons WHY you always procrastinate.
Because here's the deal- yes, our daily lives could be more fruitful if we didn't procrastinate, but the REAL issue with procrastination is that we procrastinate the BIG things in life, which turn into REGRETS.
When you understand WHY you procrastinate, you can take action and do the inner work required of success- and then watch procrastination fall away.
