Lately, it’s a theme with my coaching clients - they are focused on their process goals when they walk into the ring, but they are measuring their success by the outcome when they walk out of the ring. Whoops! When we do that we negate the progress we are making and can cut down our own confidence - yikes! Let’s fix that!
