Kiera grew up in a rural setting, enjoying a healthy lifestyle. However, moving to the city in her teenage years marked the beginning of her health challenges. She suffered from chronic fatigue, bloating, nausea, migraines, anxiety, and depression, seeking medical help without finding relief.
In her early twenties, Kiera explored various diets and treatments, eventually, she connected with a physician who educated her on nutrient-dense foods, circadian rhythm, and holistic health principles. Implementing these changes transformed her health significantly.
Today, as a quantum clinician and educator, Kiera focuses on holistic health beyond just diet. She addresses environmental toxins, circadian rhythm, gut health, and more, tailoring her approach to each client's unique needs.
