To celebrate 100 episodes I wanted to do something special “to me”. Something that felt right. So I had my mom on the show! We talked about we I started running, the importance of community, raising Tommie Runz, how GaryIsARunner caused my stress fracture, her favorite shows, and more! This was somewhat of a candid convo, or at least it felt like it. I’ve never had an issue phrasing a question until this episode. To be honest, this conversation was somewhat therapeutic as we haven’t really discussed some of this stuff before…ever (my fault not hers). Hope you enjoy and thanks for supporting as always!
