This week’s Women Who Code mixer is hosted by guest speaker Rowan Ellis, who explains what YouTube are doing about placement of homophobic adverts on LGBTQ+ videos (hint: not much!) and finally, the Smart Lesson tackles an issue that is becoming quite pressing – how to act like a Smart Woman on a panel in front of a room full of people and not even fall off the stage.
