With Spring having sprung, the guys sample a Prohibition-era delight.

BEE’S KNEES RECIPE

• 1.77oz/52.5ml Dry Gin
• .75oz/22.5ml Lemon Juice
• .75oz/22.5ml Orange Juice
• 2tsp Honey Syrup

Stir honey syrup with lemon and orange juices until it dissolves, add gin and shake with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
