Lucas Chaya is a serial entrepreneur from Argentina with an MBA, who comes from a long line of real estate professionals. He started his entrepreneurial journey in the coffee business in Argentina, owning and operating multiple stores until he found his way into real estate investing in the US.

In between the coffee business and real estate investing, Lucas got his MBA and spent years in the tech industry until they got their green cards, which eventually helped them get back into entrepreneurship. Lucas is now a full-time real estate investor in the US with multiple streams of income from other businesses and he is with us today to talk about how he and his wife made it happen.
