Hello people of the world! Oh how I have missed you all so much. I am pumped to be back with an incredible interview to share this week with Mimi Kuo-Deemer. Mimi is an author and teacher of both students and other teachers of qigong, internal martial arts (6th generation Baguazhang), mindfulness and yoga. I got the chance to pick her brain for an hour about Qigong, Chinese medicine, the connection between our organs and the elements outside, and so much more. I learned a lot and I can't wait to share.
