I am back for one last podcast episode for 2021 - yes I have gone MIA (lockdowns, remote learning, studying Creative Arts Therapy, health stuff!) but I wanted to drop in and send you some encouragement to keep going, keep trying, think about the things you need to do in order to get to where you want. No, it doesn't happen overnight, but it's all up to you to set a momentum.
I hope you're all well - thank you so much for continuing to listen to my podcast while I was away, it's so encouraging for me to see people listening to the back episodes still. I do plan on coming back regularly in 2022, so keep an eye out for new episodes in the new year.
