In this show I'm sharing the essential ways you can use meditation to help you create success in your life.
It might seem like a strange mix - meditation and success. There's this long held view that meditation needs to be on something as grand as world peace. Or that by somehow mixing meditation with success, whether that's business or even financial success is wrong.
Well let me put your mind to rest on this. Meditation does not have to have any religious or spiritual connotation (although it can if that's the route you wish to take). There is nothing wrong with meditating on your own success in life. In fact I welcome you to try it and see what results you get from this practice.
