Wayne reveals the largest problem is pricing. He addresses that you don't want to give it away or leave money on the table, but 39% of homes on the North Shore do not sell. He attributes the homes not selling due to pricing problems. The average list price to sell price ratio is about 1% right now in St. Tammany and Tangipahoa.
