2x Boston Marathon Winner as well as a 3rd and 7th place finish.

2nd Place New York City Marathon in 2:09.08.

Competed at the 1980 Moscow and 1984 LA Olympics Games.

Winner of the Emsley Carr Mile - in 3:55.8

One of only 25 men who has run sub 4 in the mile and sub 2:10 in the marathon.
