In this episode we speak to a young man aged 15 years on the effects of gaming and as addiction. We get to hear the adverse effects of it as well as how to build allowable boundaries for parents and children alike.
Mutugi has an impressive turnaround story where he was able to grow out of the harmful nature of computer gaming and use it to build a healthy program and balanced life around him and his friends.
Lessons herein for parents especially Fathers on how to create conversations around computer gaming, develop a mutual understanding of boundaries around gaming as well as create a sustainable environment at home for gaming and other important family activities.
