Prologue

Observing Enrique’s journey, I see that discipline, vision, and inspiration are part of his foundation. Enrique excelled from earning an electronic engineer degree, executive master’s in public administration degree, and being a Fulbright Scholar to being certified in Design Thinking, Scrum Master, and Project Management Professional (PMP). Enrique has dedicated more than 20 years in the Human Resources field and technology world. As the Founder of Hacking HR and podcast host, he continues to excel.
