Have you found yourself wanting to figure out the whole meal prep thing, but found yourself feeling overwhelmed and unclear on how to start? Or maybe meal prep has felt intimidating because it sounds super daunting and like way more hours in the kitchen than you'd like to spend? I've felt the same way. I love to cook, but having two young boys makes it difficult to spend more than 15 minutes in the kitchen without things getting crazy - and even then, it's usually 15 minutes of chaos. ha. My point being, I need quick meals. AND, I don't want to have to cook a new meal every night. What I DO want is to eat healthy delicious meals that my whole family will enjoy. I have created a simple system that makes that a reality for me and my family, and today, I'm sharing it with you!
