Hey Friend! Today I am kicking off a hormone series where I'll be bringing on different experts who specialize in different areas of hormones as it relates to women's health. I have had many questions and inquiries about hormone health from how to improve fertility, how to have a better period, and how to navigate the pre-mid-and post menopausal time.
