Healthy personal boundaries are mental, emotional, and physical rules we establish for ourselves to say what we will or won’t allow. They are learned behavior that begin in our childhood. My guest Roy Womack, an IT Engineer, shares his own perspective on personal boundaries in terms of systems and security. However you arrive at them, we must understand that boundaries are not just a good idea. They are a right that we must take responsibility for because they determine how we allow others to treat us.
