Deep Expression

I believe we all have the natural inclination for deep expression, especially in times of uncertainty. These types of emotional deep expressions depending on the listener can be mistaken as depression. I feel it is essential to recognize the difference not just for yourself but when some may just need a hug and a little emotional support. Too often we repress these emotional expressions and this in my opinion is the culprit for some forms of "depression".
