Beyond the Badge

On this episode of KSL's beyond the badge, we honor Agent Crystal Wallace of the Department of Public Safety's: Project Rio Grande. She noticed a homeless man who continued to get dirtier and dirtier over time. When she approached him, she initially thought he had drugs in his system, but in fact, he had some mental illness. At one point she brought him to the hospital to get him the medications he needed, and he became normal, talkative, and friendly.
