Living a happy life includes living our dreams, yet so many of us push aside what we want and we put others’ needs and wants first before our own. In today’s show, I’m sharing with you the affirmation I used to plan a trip to Portugal. For years, I pushed down this dream of mine to study and live in Portugal for 30 days. I had to overcome the negative mindset that it wasn’t possible.
