Saying " It's not a priority for me right now to... " Take care of my health ; Eat well ; work on my goals and dreams; etc feels out ridiculous... just as ridiculous as saying" It's a priority for me to..." watch netflix for hours or scroll social media" instead of doing the things that add value to your life, to those around you or the wider world...
