Make This Week’s Cocktail” “The Grinch Who Stole Miami”

Bring a little heat to an iconic classic by adding jalapeno and tajin to your Margarita. Green Jalapeños are paired with the sweet Miami Mango. Your tastebuds may walk on fire, until the citrusy sweetness of the Cointreau balances the flavor.

Enjoy Queen & don’t be mean .. the tajin gives all the spice you need.

Ingredients:

• 2 OZ Tequila or Mezcal (smoky)
• 1 OZ Cointreau
• Half lime squeeze
• 1 OZ Mango juice
• 1 Slice jalapeño
• Mango slice
• Tajin for garnish/rim

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, including the lime
Step 2: Add ice and shake until well-chilled
Step 3: Strain into a chilled glass
Step 4: Garnish with a jalapeño pepper and mango slice add Tajin around the rim or on top.
