Lifeguard training teaches you the most valuable of lessons, with the first rule being, 'Do not endanger yourself' in order to save the other person.' We all know that often times a drowning person is so scared they will fight and flail and potentially drown you while you are saving them. When you save yourself first and rid yourself of the lies, manipulations and 'indoctrinations' (shared in another video) you can then build up your power and strength, put on your armor of light, and then be ready to help others. Until you have done the inner work to clear your own issues you are simply allowing your ego to run the show and 'pretend' to be saving/helping others. If we all did our inner work first and could hold our own light, then we would end all suffering because there would be no one needing saving!

All individual and group sessions are currently on hold as Doc is working to share the 'downloaded' new healing codes, while finding a way to provide them at a cost affordable to all--without her generosity being taken advantage of.
