This week on the podcast I sit down with Paul Boross, motivational psychologist, author and trainer.
Paul has had a successful portfolio career ranging from primetime TV, stand up comedy to media consultancy and motivational psychology.
Paul started his career in comedy and media including 12 years at the London Comedy Store and has had hit records featured on Top of the Pops with his band Moris Minor and the Majors.
Now Paul, a several time author, has worked coaching executives for power players such as BBC, Google and MTV. He is currently resident motivational psychologist on The School of Hard Knocks on Sky with Will Greenwood and Scott Quinnell.
