47: Regret Is A Horrible Thing

Every December is a wonderful opportunity to access the last 12 months that have been. It provides a chance for you to review your year. Let me ask you this question today. "If you were on your death bed and you had one day to live, what would be your greatest regrets right now?" It’s so important to challenge yourself with this question from time to time to prevent yourself from stagnancy and living a mediocre live of survival mode and merely going through the motions. Yet every day I speak to women who are in survival mode, with little to no life force energy and they’re feeling incredibly dissatisfied in many if not all areas of their life yet they are choosing to stay in that very place and this makes me very sad. So again I ask you this question today: What would be your greatest regret right now if you had one day to live?
