My guest Frank King is the Mental Health Comedian. With Multiple TedX talks to his credit Frank shares his story in a way that brings down barriers to address the reality of suicidal tendencies and thoughts that many people suffer from and with. Frank lives with major depressive disorder and chronic suicidal ideations. His mission is to help others discover and manage similar situations with the use of comedy to open the discussion and show people they are not alone. This discussion brought to light many aspects of the topic that I for one had no idea existed. If you or anyone you know could benefit from this discussion I encourage you to share it.
