You can do this by offering to train new employees, leading a workshop or training session, or simply offering to help your colleagues when they have questions.

Equally, when you see something that could be improved, offer feedback in a way that is helpful and encouraging. This can help your colleagues grow and develop, and they will appreciate your guidance and support.

  3. Be approachable: As a mentor, it's important to be approachable and available to your colleagues. Let them know that they can come to you with questions or concerns, and be willing to take the time to listen and offer advice. This can help build trust and respect, and show that you are invested in their success.
