We have reached the end of the first submission window for the 2024 Individual Quarterfinals.

We take a look at the new GWTP Strength of Field as it stands with the Open and half of the Individual events submitted to see what is on the line for the final change for semifinals to earn extra CrossFit Games Qualifying spots.

We then look at "Who's in? Who's out?" for the Top 40 in each of the 7 semifinal regions for both men and women. Finally we review what events are left to complete and make predictions on what athletes and regions are best suited to make a move.
