My morning and evening practices are essentials, what I put into my body (over than rose) has changed my life. Cold showers every day I tell you makes you feel more positive it's crazy actually how good you feel. Even when my sleep isn't great all these health routines really make a difference to my mental health.
Without your mental health and your physical health your sleep, skin and life will be affected. That is where burnout can come in. Incorporating healthy routines into your life is a game changer. It's changed my life and it can change yours too.
