Recipe:
Epsom Salt Bath:
3 C. epsom salt
1 C. baking soda
1.5 tsp avocado oil or olive oil
10 drops peppermint oil, 10 drops lavender oil, 5 drops cinnamon, rosemary and eucalyptus oil
Mix well and store in airtight containers
