We welcome Julie Thomas, RDH, and Senior Director of Operations at Heartland Dental. In this episode, Cathy asks Julie about her 30+ years of experience in the dental industry. Having met Dr. Workman years prior, Julie finally joined Heartland Dental in 1987. She worked knee to knee clinically and in business with Dr. Workman and she is a pillar at Heartland Dental. She focuses on the important role that a hygienist has in the office and talks about the partnership between doctor and hygienist. Julie shares fun stories about her experiences in her early part of her career, how it has changed her life for her and her kids.
