In this episode, I dive deep into utilizing your voice to spread awareness, to make change in a positive light. I share some stories of my healing journey. I also discuss observing the impact of other's projections/judgements onto others says more about that person and not about the person they are judging. Then I go into triggers and how our projections stem from our own selves, our own wounds. I also acknowledge my friend Paige, whom I met on Tik Tok who has become a he part of my soul tribe.
