In this episode I share the wonder, magic and enjoyment of what Halloween meant to me as a child and how my own self abandonment simply disconnected me from ever enjoying Halloween again. I didn't align to dressing up and wearing costumes, as I subconsciously knew deep within that I was already wearing so many masks of shame, fear and insecurity. That is until now. This self healing journey of rediscovering my self worth and self love, has brought enjoyment, magic, wonder, adventure, imagination and creativity back into my life.
