Aubrey Baptista is the founder of Kindred Art Therapy and Counseling PLLC, a private practice located in Western North Carolina. She is also the host of Kindred with Aubrey Baptista. In her work with adults with anxiety and depression, she encounters many people who feel alone and stigmatized in their mental health challenges. She has opened Kindred with the intention of normalizing mental health challenges and providing supportive content. Kindred features entrepreneurs whom Aubrey has encountered and respects for their ability to both manage stressful lives and managing the mental health challenges that go with having stressful lives. In her show, guests demonstrate that everyone has struggles and it’s possible to overcome these challenges to thrive.
