Today I am sitting down with Madison Doss, Dallas realtor. With roots in Dayton, Ohio, Madi came to Dallas in May 2020 after graduating from a Division 2 NCAA College in Northern Ohio, Tiffin University where she ran collegiate track and field. Real estate is a passion for Madi, and with her background in Business Marketing and Direct Sales, it is easy to see why more than 36 families in the last three years called Madison for help buying, selling, and leasing their properties. Although she was brand new to DFW during the pandemic, she was resilient and determined to find success which has led her to selling over $6 Million in real estate and growing. This episode is a fun one because we haven’t touched on real estate in the podcast yet. We get into whether there’s any truth to the selling sunset competitive nature of the field, the story of her biggest sale and the mindset she needed for it, her thoughts on people doing real estate as a “side hustle,” qualities that realtors need, and so much more!
