Learning to respect our own limits, and honor ourselves at all times, in any kind of relationship, is very difficult, but it is key in any self-development, self-improvement and manifesting journey. The answer is simple, but not easy: self-worth. Today, I share how I learned this lesson. I have experienced a situation where my limits were not respected and I felt like I deserved better, so I had to gather all of the knowledge I had acquired and transform it into wisdom by putting it into action, which proved to be harder than I thought it would be. We teach others how to treat us. People will only ever do to you what you allow; if you allow a tiny little breach, that breach will keep getting bigger until you have no limits anymore.
