The inner dialogue we have with our bodies struggles as much as the inner dialogue in our minds. There are no suggestions or how-to guides on how to live in your body once your baby's heart stops beating in it.
This episode discusses the things I found to be most helpful in getting over the anger and betrayal I felt about my body following the loss of my twins and helps you stop the battle that may be happening in yours.
You're missing the symptoms of a pregnant body, your life feels so out of control, and are now left with a body in a state that you weren't expecting it to be without a baby in your arms to show for it.
I'm here to show you that this feeling is normal but you can find a way to appreciate all the amazing things your body has done.
