RAPID TAPPING® with Poppy Delbridge

We LOVE a new month and especially one that starts with a Scorpio Full Moon. This activation focuses on releasing and letting go. Poppy invites you to consider anyone who may have mistreated you, haunted you, or harmed you and anyone we may feel resentment towards.

This one is a special one as it is, part guided meditation and part exercise. Prepare yourself for this with a deep breath and give yourself some time to really engage.

What to expect:

Poppy creates a very powerful soundscape with her sound bowl in this guided mediation

She invites you to journal and write down anyone or anything that you feel resentment towards, as she helps you clear through those feelings and free yourself

We focus on deeply releasing any feelings you may have been holding onto

Poppy asks how have these situations, people or feelings impacted you, and suggestions for you to journal on the pain that this brings up

We stretch, we drink water, we focus, we clear and we release
