This episode was so much fun to record as I caught up with my former coworker, turned friend, Jaime Combatti. Jaime and I taught Kindergarten together for several years and the bond between co-teachers is like no other. In addition to being a Director of a preschool, Jaime is a mindset coach and hosts the Pineapple Table Podcast.

Jaime and I sat down to talk about burnout, with a special focus on teacher burnout since the two of us have experience being classroom teachers and know how fulfilling yet exhausting the profession can be. We chatted about ways to identify burnout within ourselves, strategies to prevent and manage it, and why burnout is a real issue with some concerning consequences.
