About Jody Fletcher:

When I was young, my family traveled a lot. As a time-filler, my mother and I would sit in the airport, guess where people were going, and try to fill in the blanks. From an early age I was fascinated with people's stories.

As a professional coach, I listen, plain and simple. I listen and ask powerful questions intended to help you grow.

In today's world of hyper-activity and instant-gratification, few people have someone that will truly sit down and listen; listen without judgement, without interrupting, without an agenda, and listen with an eye on your future. I listen so that you can engage yourself, explore your direction, evolve the voice in your head, emerge more accountable and enrich your future.

You're the only one who can hear the voice in your head. Is that voice your worst enemy, your best friend, or both at different times? Coaching provides you the chance to explore your personal accountability and engage your inner-voice. My coaching focuses on evolving your voice into someone that will give you the confidence and courage to face challenges. I work with clients ranging from Executives to people who just want to make a change in their life.

As a Leadership & Culture Consultant I help organizations move forward. My leadership, culture and communication skills are rooted in a three-decade military career and I enter troubled corporate environments with a different perspective. I’ve worked at the Executive level in organizations with more than 45k people and multi-billion-dollar budgets; I know what it takes to build good and efficient culture.

I’m deeply skilled in Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Cross-functional Team Leadership, Information Security, and Public Speaking. I'm a Certified Authentic Leadership Coach and an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I've been to every leadership course the military has to offer and coached countless people and teams to success. I’m very well-trained, and extremely intuitive.

I’ve served in combat with small, highly elite, Reconnaissance and Special Operations teams, advised Generals, sat with Heads of State and Distinguished Members of Foreign Governments, and had tea with village elders deep in the middle of enemy held territory.

Life has taken me all over the world and provided more experiences than I can remember. I'm comfortable in any situation imaginable, but what I do best is listen and ask powerful questions to help people and organizations change for the better.
