Arthur runs a diverse team of about twenty employees and agents, booking national tours, negotiating major appearance contracts, and working creative projects and music releases cradle-to-grave. His mission is to break down the silos and barriers between disability-oriented projects and organizations, laying the seeds for a national conversation about Disability Culture and what Inclusion and Universal Accessible Design means at a practical and industrial level.
