I was asked a great question to respond to by someone who was triggered by reading messages ‘happiness is a choice’…
They are familiar with the Release Process ® from my courses and found that life changed quickly with the news of pregnancy and a house purchase.
So many thoughts and shares came up from this question that I wanted to share with more of you.
One particular part of the question I loved was ‘programming’ myself to be happy feels like cheating on my true self.
