How is your school year going? Is your calendar exploding? Mine is. As moms we are constantly bombarded with tasks, activities, to-do’s, and decisions. Combined with the constant demand of kids, managing the house, social media, email and driving in traffic it’s no wonder that we are feeling overwhelmed and everything feels like too much. Clutter and chaos can drain our mental energy more than we think and leave us drained before we even start all the tasks on our to-do list. So what do we do when life feels like too much? In today’s episode we will touch on why we feel overwhelmed, some strategies on how to deal with days when we feel overwhelmed, and what mindset shifts we can make to feel a bit lighter and more at peace. So grab your favorite beverage and let’s get started.
