Helen is one of the UK highest ranking Civil Servants, having committed her life to supporting the UK in various government departments. Currently working for the UKs Ministry of Defence, she has dedicated her time to supporting Defence personnel and veterans, specifically looking at improving Mental Health provision.
Having managed the past decade with two young children, we talk discuss how she has managed both her domestic and professional life and explains some of the areas of stress and what she does to overcome that, providing a third option to women other than work or family. She is an exceptional person who is constantly striving to be better tomorrow than today.
