Anyone who has launched anything online or even tried to know that launching is a mental rollercoaster. The biggest thing we need to learn to manage over a launch is our own mind otherwise we will sabotage ourselves and tank our launch results.
Even after doing more than 25 live launches in my life, I am still having to face the same inner turmoil and roller coaster that comes with the vulnerability of selling your own offer online.
I just came out of a launch which tested me in new ways and I had to dig deep on how to manage my mind so I didn’t tank the whole thing and this is what this episode is jamming on.
