Hamish Gill, joined forces with a local website designer and graphic designer in 2009 to form the creative agency F8 Creates Ltd . He is a photography and video editor, blogger and co-founder of The Kiln, co-working space.
Hamish describes what drove him and a group of other independent creatives to develop a local co-working space, the highs and lows and the hidden benefits he discovered when the doors opened.
This space is open for all and the cross collaboration, networking, inspiration and general social aspect of co-working has been a blessing during the pandemic for so many. We discuss what this means for the future of work.
