When we have childhood pain, we were not role modelled healthy relationships in our home lives so we need to learn this. When we know what healthy relationships are, we can teach this to our children. The key is that healthy relationships feel good and unhealthy relationships feel bad. Our feelings will tell us if we are modelling healthy or unhealthy relationships. Let's model healthy relationships with our kids.
