When I am not resisting my kids and when my cup is full because I've taken care of me physically and emotionally, I'm actually a pretty amazing parent. I think most parenting issues are not as much a lack in skill in creating solutions and coming up with ways to uniquely parent your child, but are SO MUCH more within the internal world of mom or dad: self-confidence in your parenting. Managing your own emotions as your child has their emotions. Noticing your own triggers and owning those and separating them from your kids.

So, hopefully these will help you reclaim peace, spaciousness and connection with yourself AND your babies! (which is what "parenting" is all for, really...right?)
